Life & Work with Logan Fox

Today we’d like to introduce you to Logan Fox.

Hi Logan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Starting out in multi-family property management, I was fortunate enough to work for the biggest property management firm in the world. At 18 years old, I started as a Leasing Agent and quickly moved into the role of Assistant Property Manager. I knew then that I always wanted to do this, but continue to grow.

While climbing the corporate ladder, I had the opportunity to shift my focus to Real Estate where I worked under a local builder as a Residential Property Manager, while also being on the administrative team for multiple Homeowners Associations, building a new website for a Real Estate company and taking courses for my Real Estate license simultaneously.

In multi-family, meeting with investors, attending court proceedings, and going through due diligence periods to assist investors with purchasing were common occurrences. Having this type of experience under my belt really helped prepare me to enter the Real Estate industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There have been some bumps along the way!

Real Estate is intense. It’s time-consuming and demanding, but so very rewarding and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I believe this industry will always have more to teach even the most seasoned agent.

I have made many sacrifices to achieve my goals in Real Estate. There is no overnight success and what you see is only above the surface. I had the odds against me with a difficult upbringing which has always been my driving factor for success.

One of the biggest challenges was learning how to navigate and overcome a competitive market in order to fully represent my buyers and sellers to the highest extent. Your clients deserve that.

Coming into an overly competitive (historical) market as a new agent, among some very strong agents, I needed to know how to set myself apart. I was determined to learn as much as I could to build and define my brand.

I joined a powerhouse of a brokerage that is truly agent-focused and instills in their agents that “knowledge is power” while providing us with the tools and education daily to back that up. Until that point, I didn’t know how much I didn’t know!

If it’s your thing, keep at it. I can attest that building your business off of your character and trustworthiness pays off.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Every day, I get to help families and individuals achieve their lifelong goals of homeownership and Real Estate investment. There is nothing more rewarding!

I have helped my clients achieve their goals in as little as one week or as long as two years based on the desire of each client’s individual Real Estate needs. However long it takes. I am right there with you from start to finish.

I think what sets me apart is my focus on creating genuine connections with each person which allows me to represent each and every client in the best way for them. This is the business of relationships.

You will never find me working for myself rather than working for the person I’m representing. I can’t think of one client I’ve had where we didn’t walk away as better friends and that is what I am most proud of.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories would have to be finding sand dollars on Tybee with my dad.
