Today we’d like to introduce you to Patrick Hoffman.
Hi Patrick, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My family and I are from Green Bay, Wisconsin, where I previously owned 2 restaurants called The Creamery. I sold them in 2020, and the family moved to Pooler, Georgia. My first year here I felt like there was a need for something locally owned restaurant where you could go and have an amazing dinner, appetizer, or maybe a fine glass of wine, handcrafted cocktail. So, we went to the drawing board and came up with Noble Roots!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It is been very welcoming to the area with the amount of support within this community. Very impressed! Especially the Pooler Chamber of Commerce.
As you know, we’re big fans of Noble Roots. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
Here at Noble Roots, we aren’t your typical restaurant/bar. We have a large variety on our main menu, from appetizers and salads to the southern favorites, not to mention the steaks! We have one of the largest selections around for our whisky/bourbons and tequilas, with over 70 of each. All of our cocktails her made from scratch handcrafted. We also offer a wine bar with 24 wines on tap, with over 100 wines for sale to drink at your table or fill your wine cellar at home! We do dinners Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 9 PM. The bar stay open later, dictated upon the customers. We also offer a happy hour from 4 to 5, Tuesday through Friday. It’s a true happy hour with all of our beers half off and all of the wines on tap half off. And Noble Roots on Sundays, we are open for brunch from 11 to 3 where we offer bottomless mimosas, award-winning Bloody Mary’s, and of course, a full variety of coffee‘s, lattes, including my homemade chai.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Work Hard and be nice to everyone
