Today we’d like to introduce you to Shayne Henry.
Shayne, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my journey 33 years ago, back in the Winter of 1990!
I have always had a passion for being creative growing up with crafting mom and grandma/grandpa; it was something I really was born into. As I grew up, I started finding myself in all areas of creativity. Fast forward now, and I am coming up on one year as Owner and Founder of That One Media Company. I offer my clients photography, videography, social media management, content creation, podcast production, and so much more.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all. Being a creative is hard. There is no smooth road.
I think the biggest struggle that I have had is just staying motivated to create and keep that passion alive. It can be hard sometimes feeling like you are not good enough.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
My ability to take someone’s vision and make it a reality. I am great at storytelling and bringing that vision to life. I take pride on my ability to connect with my clients on a level that most aren’t. I treat all my clients like they have been lifelong friends, which to me is important that we have that bond. The creative juices flow better; we are comfortable with each other. I think being able to create art with no limits and no worry is beautiful.

Go Create. Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid that you never started.
