Hi Tracie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Five years ago, Layne & myself decided to embark on opening a photobooth business. Layne was at a food & wine event and saw the coolest thing: a mirror photobooth. Called me up and said let’s do it. At the time there was only one other mirror photobooth that was in Statesboro. We both are married and have children, so capturing special moments comes dear to our hearts. And we have never looked back. Each year continues to get better. We have 4 photobooths to choose from. We have 2 elegant mirror photobooths that stand 5 feet tall and allow the client or guest to take a photo, have a printed copy as well as text the photo to their phone. Great for weddings, corporate events, or any occasion you can think of. We have a Ring Roamer, which means we bring the photobooth experience to the guest. The wireless design allows the photo attendant to move throughout the event, capturing still photos, gifs, and burst. Enhance your photo with the option of a variety of filters. Whatever the guest desires. Best of all, the photos can be sent via text or email for easy sharing. Last but not least, 360 photobooths. This experience allows the guest to step up on a platform while a revolving mechanical arm rotates 360 degrees, capturing a video. Capturing multiple people at the same time. Capable of sending this video masterpiece directly to the client via text, airdrop or email. We offer so much more. A treasure for our brides is the audio guest book, where guests pick up a phone and leave a voice-recorded message. Memories and voices you can listen to over and over again. Our company is about “YOU”. We are passionate about creating a unique, exciting experience for all. We want to be there to capture the moments that makes life special. Just to see the joy, smiles and laughter on everyone’s face is such a rewarding feeling. That is what we have to offer. A personalized touch to every event catering to whatever the client needs. Now that’s fun.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Life is definitely not obstacle-free. We are two women with a vision and highly motivated. A struggle to contend with can be the weather, for sure. No one can predict that, so we have come up with some crafty ways of protecting our equipment. Honestly, we have had some really great opportunities come our way. We have been honored to receive Best of Georgia 2023 & 2024. As well as Best of Savannah winner 2023. Best of all is the joy we receive by sharing in each event. Each is unique and special.
One of our struggles was when we decided to do this business Covid hit. That was the biggest challenge navigating through the start of a business that involves gathering people together and getting close for photos. The first year proved to be quite interesting as I’m sure it was for all businesses. We did prevail when things started to open up again. The machine had a touchless option and we added the necessary precautions for a safe and fun time at the photobooth. We still implement the proper sanitizing to make sure our clients enjoy a safe environment.

We also provide photo booth rentals for corporate events, school functions, office events, or private parties. Each event is custom to the client. We offer specially customized overlays, touch-to-start screens, guest books, and so much more. Back to the future-themed corporate event with Doc, Marty & a DeLorean. Tory Burch team building at The Olde Pink House. Party Animals at the Savannah Bananas. Kentucky Derby in Savannah, closing off the square downtown. Amazing bash for someone whose special guest were singers Walker Hayes & Riley Green. A wedding that encompassed the Telfair Museum and Jepson Center. Bride walking into a marching band. Just to name a few exciting moments in our career. We have traveled all over the southeast for our clients. All of our events are unique and special to us. The sky is the limit. We have had repeat clients year after year. We have had the privilege of capturing memories for 3 brides all belonging to the same family. What a beautiful testament for a mother to call us for each one of her children. The relationship we have with our clients is one we treasure…
What do you think about happiness?
It is easy to be happy in this business. To bring joy to their lives and create that forever keepsake is what makes us enjoy this business. This business gives us the opportunity to meet so many people. Who doesn’t get a smile on their face when you see a beautiful bride? It is so fun to be a part of someone’s special day and know you contributed to their happiness. The photobooth is a happy place regardless of the event. It allows you to have fun. Put on some props and create that photo that you talk about for years to come. What a great business to be involved in.
