Hi Karlie , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Karlie Loland-Ringer, CSA is an American casting director, producer, and entrepreneur with a robust portfolio of projects and high-profile clients. With a focus on TV/film and fashion, Loland-Ringer has collaborated with top-tier media brands including Amazon Prime, Netflix, Lionsgate, Home Shopping Network/QVC, Hallmark Channel, Lifetime Movie Network, Vevo, and Universal Music Group, to name a few. With more than 15 years of in-depth industry experience, she has cultivated a notable niche in her field as a leader and creative visionary.
Loland-Ringer possesses more than a decade as a business owner, having founded diverse thread: creative lab in 2011 while based in New York City and later re-branding to KLR Creative Group. With accelerated growth in recent years, as a result of diligence and hard work, KLR Creative Group has expanded into the innovative brand known today, credited with a myriad of published projects and an ever-growing portfolio of talent. Beyond casting, production, creative services, photography and scouting, she offers her industry knowledge as a public speaker and guidance as a consultant for those looking to break into the world of entertainment and fashion.
Karlie Loland-Ringer’s goal of establishing a company with no creative bounds incited from a young age, stemming from her entrepreneurial spirit and early passion for the arts. In her teen years, she pursued every opportunity to work both in front and behind the camera – a dynamic agility which has served her well throughout her multifaceted career.
She has applied every professional opportunity garnered over the past decade towards growing her business acumen, industry network, and creative capabilities, towards the growth and strengthening of KLR Creative Group. Loland-Ringer’s professional and personal range is apparent not only in her career successes, but also in her altruistic efforts to give back and help those in need through philanthropy.
While primarily based on the east coast, she routinely travels between the industry’s larger markets, curating a lifestyle that inspires her to continuously evolve and progress towards greater achievements. To further her education and augment her skill set, Loland-Ringer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree from Berklee College of Music. Ambition and purpose are what fuel her to create, cultivate, and conquer the goals set in place for KLR Creative Group.
When not traveling for work, Karlie resides in Ocala, Florida with her wife Amanda Ringer, their four dogs, and horses. The couple lives in the city known as the “Horse Capital of the World” as Ringer is a World-Champion equestrian and trainer, who is equally invested in her career as an athlete. Outside of their on-the-go lifestyle, the pair enjoys stealing r&r where they can, while exploring new destinations, and setting greater goals for their future.

I’m a casting director predominately in Film/TV but we do take on commercial and lifestyle clients from time to time. KLR Creative Group works as a full service casting company from securing background talent to casting principal roles. Our goal is to bring the stories of writers, directors and producers to life through actors. We lead with our eye for the craft!
What matters most to you? Why?
Giving talent the opportunity to be seen and introducing fresh ideas to my clients is important to me. I always want to acknowledge the effort I see up and coming actors put forth – This is how we find new faces to filter into the business.
