Inspiring Conversations with Mariah Townsend of Kashè Kollection

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mariah Townsend

Hi Mariah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I got into fitness a 8 years ago. I was struggling with depression and needed an outlet and I started running 2 miles a day to feel free. I then joined the military soon after where I continued my fitness journey. After my contract ended I started recording my workouts and jumped into content creating. Content creating helped me gain clients and pushed me into becoming a personal trainer.

I also have a women’s athletic apparel company called Kashè Kollection. I started Kashè Kollection because I always cared about what I wore to the gym because I believe if you look good, you feel good, and you perform YOUR BEST!! Kashè Kollection is on the rise to becoming one of the best women’s athletic apparel company.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey has not always been so smooth. No journey is a straight narrow path, we all have road blocks and obstacles along the way. I have slow months where I’m not so busy and because this is my full time job I’m always looking for new clients.

We’ve been impressed with Kashè Kollection, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Kashè Kollection is a women’s athletic apparel company; we sale confidence. We want women to feel confident in there skin, wether it be while working out or just running simple errands. We preach body positivity and sisterhood. We are proud of the women we have reached and made feel confident. Confidence in the society can be hard to have with social media. It gets are to love yourself and your body the way it is, I want EVERY women to know that we love them and that they are beautiful just how they are!!

What matters most to you?
My family matters to me most! They are my reason, especially my son. He keeps me going and he keeps me alive. I’m doing all this for HIM!
