Rising Stars: Meet Natasha Bing of Port WentWorth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha Bing.

Hi Natasha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
With over 28 years of experience in Phlebotomy , I’ve dedicated my career to helping others with compassion, integrity, and excellence. My journey hasn’t been easy as a young mother raising two boys while navigating life after a divorce. I’ve learned the true meaning of perseverance and faith. Those challenges inspire me to create new opportunities for others seeking a fresh start.
In August 2024, I founded Successful Hands Trade School where I proudly serve as the instructor for the phlebotomy program. My mission is to make quality healthcare education accessible and affordable. Guiding students toward meaningful careers in as little as six to eight weeks. In February 2025, I expanded my vision by launching Solutions DNA. My company specializing in DNA sample collection and submission for laboratory testing. I’m known for leading with compassion, believing in second chances, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. I’m proud of the woman I’ve become and even prouder to help others build brighter futures in healthcare.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Some of my struggles came from trying to figure out what direction I wanted my life to go after my divorce. I need to find a path that allowed me to remain a full-time mom while also being affordable and realistic for my situation.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a phlebotomist @labcorp. I hold part-time positions as founder and Phlebotomy instructor and Dna/ paternity Collector. I’m known for being a compassionate, people loving person, and helping others. I’m excited about this new chapter in my journey of mentoring and leadership.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Faith, professionalism, patients, and dedication
