Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Brown.
Morgan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My story really starts with nursing and my love for patient care. I graduated from Clemson in 2017 and began my career as a registered nurse in the NICU in Nashville, where I learned the importance of precision, trust, and compassion. I later transitioned into Labor and Delivery in Greenville, South Carolina while I returned to school for my nurse practitioner degree, which further deepened my appreciation for caring for patients during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
During that time, I discovered my passion for aesthetics. I loved being able to combine medical expertise with artistry, while helping patients feel confident in their own skin and truly get their spark back. After completing my NP program, I joined a large plastic surgery practice in Greenville, where I spent nearly five years. It was an incredible learning environment—I had the opportunity to work alongside highly knowledgeable professionals and had access to extensive resources that allowed us to deliver exceptional patient care.
In 2023, my husband and I welcomed our first daughter, and that milestone prompted us to move closer to family in the Lowcountry. As I explored opportunities here, I realized I was ready to build something of my own—a practice grounded in the high standards, patient-centered care, and integrity that I value. Taking that leap has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve been so warmly welcomed by this community, and I feel truly grateful for the trust and relationships we’ve built with our wonderful patients.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall, the journey has been about as smooth as I could have asked for—though not without intentional effort. I made a point to absorb advice from anyone willing to share it, whether that was providers who had opened their own practices, med spa attorneys, insurance agents, accountants—truly anyone with experience who could help me avoid common pitfalls. Opening your first business is a big and sometimes scary leap, so establishing a strong, compliant foundation from the beginning was very important to me.
That said, balancing the roles of wife, mom, and business owner definitely requires some juggling at times. But even on the challenging days, I’ve never once regretted going for it. The process has been incredibly rewarding, and it’s reinforced that this was the right step for me and my family both personally and professionally.

I care about my patients as whole people, not just as appointments, and I believe that trust and genuine relationships are the foundation of great care.
