Hi Kelly, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Inject Savannah, previously known as Barbs By Kelly, was founded by Kelly Rogers, NP-C in 2019 with a vision to combine advanced aesthetic treatments with a genuinely personalized, patient-centered experience. Kelly began her nursing career in 2012 and transitioned into aesthetic injecting in 2016, building a strong clinical background through roles in emergency medicine, plastic surgery, and established aesthetic practices like Glow, IV Parlour, and Ideal Image.
Inject Savannah is now an award-winning medical spa recognized with the best of Georgia Regional Award in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Known for natural, refined results and a thoughtful approach to care, the practice continues to grow through strong patient relationships and a commitment to excellence.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like many small businesses, the journey hasn’t been without challenges. Transitioning from provider to business owner required balancing patient care with the demands of building and managing a practice.
The aesthetics industry is also constantly evolving, requiring ongoing education and adaptability. In addition, addressing common misconceptions about treatments has been an important part of the process. At Inject Savannah, patient education and honest communication have always been an important part of the process, helping build trust and set realistic expectations.
These challenges have ultimately strengthened the practice and reinforced its core values.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the most important lessons Kelly has learned is the value of trust and authenticity. In an industry driven by trends, staying grounded in natural results and patient-focused care has been key.
She also believes strongly in the importance of education-both continuing to grow professionally and ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Above all, her philosophy remains the same: aesthetic treatments should enhance who you are, not change it– and helping patients feel like the best version of themselves is always the goal.
