Today we’d like to introduce you to Vanessa Ramos.
Hi Vanessa, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I just want to start by saying that embracing self-love is my goal with my business. I started making Organic bath and beauty products because this is my therapeutic way of pouring into myself. Installing positive messages to my customers by sharing a bible verse that has impacted my life “Psalms 139:14 – I am fearfully and wonderfully made!
I originally grew up in Bridgeport, CT with a wonderful family. Although my family was amazing, we still faced a hardship that rocked us hard and changed the course of all our lives. It not only changed my life but changed the way I thought of myself. I used that foundation to build a family of my own. An opportunity opened up for my husband and me to move to the Savannah area so we decided we had we would take the chance.
Then the pandemic hit and our goal to be finically stable and provide a great foundation for our children became our primary focus. Once we were settled in my husband started a successful business that inspired others, so I started taking notes and created my own ideas of things I can do to impact others but still represented me and my life as a mom. After his encouragement and positive affirmations to believe in me, I finally decided to do it. In January of 2021, I decided to launch Pure Beauty Products.
With all that being said If I can help If I can provide pure products that make them feel good physically and emotionally while pouring positivity into someone makes me extremely happy!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
This road has been rewarding but it has had some struggles with my first time in business and learning what works and what doesn’t work for developing formulas and shipping worldwide. It’s been trial and error but I’m confident that we have found the consistency that works.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
The best thing about my products is that they are literally pure! I make affordable Organic Bath and Beauty Products, most importantly they are safe to use on not only you but your children. All of our products are made to work with problematic and sensitive skin!
All the products that I make are homemade in small batches by my husband and I to ensure the best quality. I’m so proud that we literally started from scratch and have built a nice customer base from all around the world. I think it does set me apart that I am passionate about the message I am sending out of self-love.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I think being persistent is so important just because things don’t always go as planned and there have been times where I felt like ok this isn’t the result I hoped. But staying persistent and not giving up really showed me the light at the end of the tunnel.
