Check Out Anthony Nelsen’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Nelsen.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We have been in business for almost 30 years it is a family owed business. I’ve been working for my father for almost 5 years now and of course it wasn’t what I thought I’d be doing but I’m as happy as I’d ever be it wasn’t easy at first but a lot of hard work and focus getting to where I am today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Learning a whole new trade is never easy but with practice and great teachers you can definitely do great in it if you put your mind to it

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a barber and I definitely specialize in in cutting hair and shaves I would say I would’ve known for leaving the customer satisfied with what they are leaving with which is what I hope for any barber to do. I’m most proud of the work I’ve done for the shop and the business to get it to the place it is now and making it even bigger and better for the future to come. What sets us apart from others would definitely be the quality of haircuts if you’re not making sure every person that sits in your chair is satisfied are you really a good barber?

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Patience. You have to have patience and willing to work with your clients to figure out what makes them happy and what haircut would fit them the most.
