Hi Lilia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was working in the wellness world and teaching yoga when I got engaged in 2017. At this point, I realized that the wedding industry was majorly lacking any wellness practices for stress relief! Why did weddings have to be so stressful?! It didn’t make sense to me. Then, fast forward to my own bachelorette party where we had hired a psychic to give everyone readings during the bachelorette weekend. It was hands down a highlight and helped everyone quickly open up, share stories, laugh, and learn about each other.
That was an ‘aha’ moment for me of realizing that these types of alternative wellness experiences and conscious gatherings should be more present at events since it’s so fun and quickly leads to connection. However, for most people, it can be really hard to find a good psychic or astrologer, especially if you’re traveling to a new city. On the other side of that, many wellness practitioners don’t know how to price their services for events like this, and would rather be offering their services than handling the logistics or payment piece of things.
I decided I would create a platform to book these wellness experiences for groups. That’s how Luv Collective came to exist! Now we offer experiences for group events ranging from bachelorette parties, birthdays, girl’s night, corporate events. Our services include tarot parties, yoga, sound baths, astrology, and psychic readings – and we also work with custom events.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
With starting any business, there’s a LOT of customer discovery, interviews, and figuring out what people want. When I first started, the website and offering looked really different – I was more focused on solving the ‘wedding stress’ for brides and couples. However, after working with brides and bachelorette parties, I realized the real thing people wanted to actually pay for was a unique experience where the details and logistics were handled.
Our business had also just rebranded and did a new website right before COVID hit in January 2020. It was the real start of our business and bookings were pouring in, but then, of course, COVID caused a lot of rescheduling.
However, we’ve now seen a major increase in bookings the past few months as Luv Collective’s services are at-home experiences that people can do when they want to gather, but don’t want to go to a crowded place. It’s been nice to see our help people have great events without having to put themselves at risk.

My business, Luv Collective, is a platform to help make it easy for you to book wellness sessions for bachelorette, weddings, and events. We work as a luxury concierge with a team of highly vetted wellness professionals in each city and are a national company. We love serving the Savannah community!
We’ve found that it’s actually really difficult for people to find a great wellness practitioner and experience because you have to go to individual sites, compare pricing, read individual reviews. We’ve taken the hard part out and made an easy booking experience for our clients to take one thing off their plate in the middle of a lot of other planning.
All our services can ‘come to you at your home, event space, or Airbnb! We provide all materials, so all you have to do is show up. We’ve also offered virtual events this year which has worked well for events where people are in different locations.
What I really “Luv” about Luv Collective is that we help people create safe containers to try something new or share insights that they’ve never had on their own. We provide a new way for people to connect and have fun. It can be rare for a lot of people to work with a professional tarot reader or astrologer, and we enjoy making these experiences accessible!
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
A favorite memory for me was always playing outside and going on bike rides with the whole group of neighborhood kids. We’d always bike to go get ice cream at the nearby Dairy Queen, ha! It felt so carefree and fun, and always reminds me of the presence and innocence of youth.
