I grew up fascinated by how brands like Nike and Apple developed strong customer bases, shaping culture and behavior. In college, I started reading every book I could on marketing and branding, determined to crack the code and apply it to my own creation. With big ambitions, I embraced the role of “The Marketing Maverick”—relatable, innovative, and unafraid to break the mold. My goal? To show that great brands aren’t just built—they’re experienced.
My energy shot brand, Thrill Energy started as a fun experiment—I wanted an energy boost that didn’t compromise health or taste. With limited resources, I launched a brand from my dorm room, driven by the belief that energy drinks could inspire more than just performance—they could empower people to chase their dreams. It’s been a slow climb, but every box sold and every connection made reminds me that building something meaningful is a thrill in itself.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been smooth. For both Thrill Energy and my journey as The Marketing Maverick, the biggest challenges have been starting with almost nothing—low budget, no team, just ideas and determination. There were moments when marketing became overwhelming, partnerships fell through, or doubt crept in. But each setback became a lesson, and every small win felt monumental. The struggles made the vision clearer: building something meaningful is never easy, but it’s always worth it.
