Conversations with Ramon Gross

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramon Gross.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As a kid growing up I’ve always been surrounded by music and athletics. Played in school and church bands growing up, and played a lot of different sports. It wasn’t until my senior year of high school that I started producing my own music and fell in love with producing ever since. Today I still produce but just not as much, creating my own songs and training in the gym has taken up a lot of my time recently.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s definitely not a smooth road. The first challenge is believing that you can achieve what you set out to do and overcoming your own doubts. I’ve faced a lot of rejections from my music but all it does is help me get better at my craft. And competition is another big challenge so you have to be willing to out work others and stand out..

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m most known for my rap productions and how fast I can craft them oh and as of late being a gym rat. One of the moments I’m most proud of was winning a beat contest in Savannah in front of my peers and loved ones. I think what sets me apart is the energy I carry in the studio, I always like to have fun while I work

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up I was a very shy kid, didn’t say too much. I was into video games a lot but as I got older sports started to become a bigger interest of mine but my love for music has always been the strongest for as long as I can remember.
