Conversations with Sierra Davey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sierra Davey.

Hi Sierra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
We started out doing edutainment for kids ages 3 thru high school. We used fun to teach kids about the stock market. We realized that no one really understood that financial intelligence not financial literacy is something you will use for the rest of your life, so we changed our gameplan.

Now we do as much adult team building as do do families and birthday parties and field trips. The adult team building has taken off!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Struggles: People not realizing we are 22,000 square feet. People not realizing that we have to have safety rules.
helping staff, high school students put cell phones in a box and understanding they have to learn everything!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I can multi task and do just about anything when it comes to creativity, especially technological.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Learn from people who have experience and don’t think you know everything. No one ever does.
