Today we’d like to introduce you to Tawanna Green.
Hi Tawanna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This Journey began with to people who love God and simply wanted to first partners with God then one another. We understood that in the very beginning that if God put us together if would be for His own purposes. Pastor Sean and I began Atar’d Church in June 2024.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges ensuring the family including the children were in alignment for the Will of God being fulfilled in our lives. It has not been easy or a smooth sailing. However, it has strengthened us. We chose to trust God with it all.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Currently my husband and I pastor one of the greatest churches ever to exist. Altar’d Church located in Walterboro SC. We both are still working fulltime jobs. My husband Sean is a Concrete finisher.
I work as a Patient Access Representative at a local hospital. And a small business God placed in my heart over 15 years ago- Divinely Inspired Publishers, book publisher, coaching writers to create and publish their books. I attend Capella University to pursue my master’s as a therapist/counselor. As well as an Author of several books on amazon.
I am known for Empowering Women is ministry, for that matter everyone in my spere of influence. I love people I love God. I am most proud of being a Mother Wife and Leader in my community. What set me apart is imparting guidance, love, and consistency to others.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Prayer and the Word of God. Because those two things have always and continue to make the difference in my life.
