Daily Inspiration: Meet Dylan Cole

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dylan Cole.

Hi Dylan , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in Brunswick, Georgia, and my journey hasn’t been the most traditional. I dropped out of high school at 16, unsure of where life would take me, but I always had a passion for beauty and helping people feel transformed. When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, everything shifted. Taking care of her and facing the financial realities that came with it became driving force behind opening Salon Euphoria. What began as a necessity turned into my purpose—a space rooted in resilience, luxury, and connection.

Today, I’m the proud owner of Salon Euphoria in Brunswick, and every Wednesday I also work at 1308 Studio Salon Spa in Savannah. Being part of both communities allows me to share my artistry and passion with an even wider circle, and I’m grateful every day for where this journey has taken me.

At its heart, my story is about turning struggle into strength and proving that you can take the hardest moments in life and create something beautiful from them.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it hasn’t been smooth at all. I dropped out of high school at 16, and in those years I carried a lot of uncertainty about where my life was headed. It took a long time to rebuild my confidence and find my place in the world.

Then, just last year, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. That changed everything. Suddenly I wasn’t just building a career for myself—I was fighting to hold us together and make sure she had what she needed. The financial weight of that season was heavy, but it also became the reason I opened my salon.

The struggles have been real—moments of fear, doubt, and wondering how we’d keep going. But those hard times taught me resilience, and they gave my work a much deeper purpose.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a hairstylist who specializes in transformations. That’s what I’m known for—taking someone’s hair and completely reimagining it, whether through a major cut, color shift, or extensions. I love the “before and after” moment, not just because of the change in the mirror, but because of the way it makes people feel inside.

What I’m most proud of is building that trust with my clients. People sit in my chair ready for big changes, and I don’t take that lightly. To me, it’s about more than creating beautiful hair—it’s about creating a beautiful experience.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with people on a deeper level. I listen, I understand, and I create transformations that reflect who they are becoming. It’s not just about hair—it’s about confidence, healing, and stepping into a new chapter.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most (besides my mama) to me is people—making them feel seen, cared for, and beautiful. Hair is just the medium I work with, but at the core of it, my job is about connection. I know what it feels like to struggle, to not feel confident, to question where your life is going. So when someone sits in my chair, I want them to walk away not only looking different, but feeling stronger and more themselves.

Why? Because I believe beauty can be healing. It can remind you of your worth, give you courage, and help you step into the next version of yourself. That’s what drives me every single day.
