Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Francesconi and Jamie Gawthrop.
Hi Stacey and Jamie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
We work together in a Behavior Analysis clinic working with children on the Autism Spectrum. We became fast friends & bonded over our love for planning a good party! One day, we decided to chase a dream & start our own adventure. We decided to take our love for party planning and start Bach Behavior. The name is a tribute to our behavior analysis background & the amazing bachelorettes we plan for! We have branched out to bachelors, brides, and even some girls’ nights! It’s been an incredible adventure to build this dream & connect with such incredible people!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is still a work in progress. We still have our 9-5 job. This is our passion project, and we work very hard to build it. We have decided to make this quality over quantity. We want to bring a smile to others’ faces while also staying true to our values and still having a balance.

We plan luxury bachelorette, bachelor, bridal, and events! From the decor to stocking the fridge, we do it all. Every one of our parties is custom, and we take pride in making it the best experience for our clients. We both have a background in behavior, so working with people is our jam! We are known for our signature coffee experiences! We offer send-offs, wake-ups, & Big Bach energy deliveries! These are a fun way to send something to a friend who needs a pick-me-up, energize the group after a long night out on River Street, or the best Instagram photo as you end your weekend in Savannah! We are most proud of staying true to our values & creating amazing experiences for each and every client. What sets us apart? We like to think that we put extra into each party. We go the extra mile to make that event perfect and 100% tailored to that group. We like to think we are pretty cool.
