Exploring Life & Business with Danny Worsley of Bare Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danny Worsley

Hi Danny , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I actually started out in graphic design. I was hired by a local vacation rental company to do all their design work. I then got involved with clients, which led to me getting my real estate license.
I went on to be the operations manager of that vacation rental company, managing roughly 250 vacation rental units between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.
After 6 years I moved on to local real estate brokerage as the Director of Property Management. I took that company from roughly 100 units, to close to 400 units over the course of 6 years.
Now with over 10 years of real estate experience, I decided to get my brokers license and start my own firm, Bare Real Estate.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Managing property on that scale is hard, so there are lots of ups and downs. Bad things happen in this business, so it was not been easy to stay the course and do the work.

We’ve been impressed with Bare Real Estate, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a full service real estate firm. We help first time home buyers and seasoned investors, and everything in-between. Buying, selling, and managing property. We are an honest real estate firm that represents our clients best interest. Our goal is to not be the biggest company around, our goal is to have the best reputation around. Great communication, positive energy and making the buying and selling experience as fun as possible.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Build your brand starting day one. Even when with a firm, build your own thing within that firm. If a firm tries to hold you back in anyway, it’s time to move on.
