Hi Earnestine, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
The compassion to serve and assist others was the beacon of hope that matured into purpose is what lead me to counseling and community outreach. Resilience, perseverance, humility, and meekness transformed the beacon of hope into serving and counseling.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
What road? (smiles) The brilliance of destiny is that there are mountains, oceans, valleys, skies, and terrains that I have experienced during this journey of counseling. The compassion and the calling does not allow me to submit to the struggle, but to overcome it, go through it, redefine the struggle and build success. The success to help others find, establish, and execute their purpose during their tenure in this lifetime. The willingness to defeat the challenges is what motivates the compassion for the population served.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Lamargale Counseling LLC was established in 2019 to provide a safe and confidential environment dedicated to serving individuals, families, groups ,and couples in the states of Georgia and Florida with compassion, integrity, humility, and meekness. The goal of this practice is to meet the individual(s) where they are serving them while they navigate and / or transition through life cycles, provide healing from trauma or experiences past or present, and restoration through evidence based interventions.
As the owner and clinician of the practice, areas of specialization consist of active duty military and veterans, EAP, individual, couples, and family counseling ensuring presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, emotional and mood stabilization, relationships, transition, work-life balance, addictions, deployment, reintegration, psychosis, women’s issues, and Christian counseling are met with delicacy, due diligence, safety, trust and confidentiality pertaining to treatment planning.
This practice is known for community advocacy, holistic health and wellness, and solidarity within the client clinician relationship. The prioritization of warmth, respect, and collaboration, ensuring clients feel supported while also being gently challenged to grow. I am dedicated to culturally responsive, ethical, and trauma-informed care, recognizing the whole person rather than just symptoms.
Brand wise, I am humbled and grateful to extend and implement delicacy, compassion, integrity and transparency, for and to those who seek and plan to seek services. The goal is to optimize the persons in their vulnerability ensuring their obligation to a quality of life.
I want readers to know and understand that they are enough. The counseling services here are to reiterate that they are more than enough. More than your situations, circumstances, experiences, set backs, delays, and despair. More than the negative connotations that gives comfort in their complacency and their burdens. While navigating themselves, having someone to share empathy and expertise to prepare them for their story.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something that is surprising and sacred, meaning I am opening up to you all my vulnerability, (smiling) is the appreciation I have and the time spent with nature. Water is revitalizing as it is the restorer and giver of life. Nature does not require human interaction or permission to reset and is not to be and can not be controlled. Yet, we are granted life. I appreciate small things like dirt or dust to the inevitable of the galaxy.
