Today, we’d like to introduce you to Wynn Martin.
Hi Wynn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello! I am Wynn Martin, a native of Toledo, Ohio, who deeply cares for Savannah’s vibrant community, breathtaking landscapes, and inviting climate. I fell in love with Georgia in 2000, and since then, Savannah has become more than just a place; it has become my home.
My journey into real estate began after I graduated from West Point. Armed with determination, I seized upon my first opportunity by securing a VA loan to buy my first house. Navigating this dynamic landscape, I learned the invaluable lesson of fostering wealth through astute real estate ventures. Fast-forward to the early 2000s, I found myself diving headfirst into the realm of real estate, and today, I own a boutique real estate company nestled in the heart of Savannah.
In 2017, I embarked on a new chapter by opening a satellite office for Eighteen O’Two Realty in Savannah. Initially, it was just me, the local agent; however, in 2019, I welcomed aboard a new team member, and together, we’ve been on an exhilarating journey of growth ever since. From a team of two to a robust ensemble of 11 agents on the team, who are also military veterans, our commitment to delivering unmatched service to our clients has only deepened.
Our brokerage name, Eighteen O’Two Realty, is a heartfelt tribute to my alma mater, The United States Military Academy, founded in 1802. Likewise, our team name, Trophy Point Realty Group, draws inspiration from the iconic landmark on the West Point campus, symbolizing our unwavering dedication to achieving extraordinary results and exceeding expectations at every turn.
Beyond the bustling world of real estate, my world revolves around my cherished family: my wife and our two beautiful daughters. They are my rock, source of strength, and the driving force behind everything I do. Together, we relish moments spent soaking up the sun on the beach, cruising the waters on boats, or enjoying memorable rounds of golf. And, of course, I’m always on the hunt for the perfect glass of bourbon—so if you’ve got any local spots, please stop by our office and let me know!
Ultimately, my passion lies in helping clients find their dream homes and fostering a sense of belonging within the vibrant community of Savannah. Ultimately, there’s no greater joy than making others feel at home in this beautiful city than I do.
Let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
Every business encounters its share of challenges, and ours is no exception. Despite the bumps along the road to growth, real estate historically has been strong and it continues to be strong. The robust market has helped us navigate obstacles, including expanding beyond our previous space.
This led to establishing our new office at the intersection of Waters and Henry, marking a significant milestone. Despite the hurdles, our team’s resilience and the enduring strength of the real estate sector have propelled us forward. At Trophy Point Realty, we see challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring we continue providing exceptional service to our clients.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love most about Savannah is its rich history and the deep-rooted military ties it shares with Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Coming from the north, I appreciate the geographical advantages, being close to the ocean and enjoying mild winters at 60 degrees. Football culture in the south adds to the city’s charm, and the relaxed pace of life, often dubbed ‘Slowvannah,’ allows for a more leisurely approach to living.
However, every city has its downsides. In Savannah, the rapid growth can sometimes feel overwhelming, and the presence of sand gnats can be bothersome. Despite these minor drawbacks, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making Savannah a truly special place to call home.
