Hi Jessie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
As a long-time figure in the holistic and spiritual communities, my journey started many years ago.
After becoming a Certified Herbalist (countless years after being self-taught) as well as a Reiki Master, I attempted to open a shop a couple of times. These attempts were unsuccessful but taught valuable lessons. I decided last year it was time to instead of investing in outside sources and carrying others with me, I needed to focus on expanding my knowledge and invest in elevating my skills.
I have followed many Hypnotherapy Practitioners for over five years and decided to attend the school one of these great masters of the skill graduated from. I am now a state board Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist specializing in current life and past life regression.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest struggle along the way has been shrinking myself to keep others comfortable.
It took me years to realize I was not stepping into my true power due to worrying about those close to me and what others would think. I realized living in this fear created a block stopping me from tapping into my full potential.
Hypnotherapy has removed that fear and that block from my life!

My Hypnotherapy practice is virtual and everything can be done online.
I specialize in current life and past life regression… The sessions are facilitated in order to heal the inner child, explore past trauma and reframe the beliefs caused by it, evaluate physical issues within the body and search for the cause to offer to heal, find any soul contracts or karmic debt that may be causing blocks in the current life, and connect to higher wisdom for guidance.
There is so much more than hypnotherapy offers and each experience is unique to the individual!
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people do not realize the trauma that is carried with us, whether that be from childhood or a past life. This trauma shapes the beliefs and views we have about ourselves and impacts the way we operate as a whole.
Going back and working on this trauma to gain understanding and forgiveness offers a new view on the self and a positive future moving forward.
