Hi Sapphire Starr, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in the projects of Savannah, Georgia, and became a mother at 14. From a young age, I was determined to create a better future for myself and my daughter. I worked hard, excelled in school, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Medical Technology, which led me to a successful career as a clinical laboratory scientist. My career opened doors, but despite my professional success, I found myself living paycheck to paycheck, trapped in a cycle where financial freedom felt out of reach.
That’s when I decided to change my narrative. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about money—budgeting, paying off debt, and investing. I took control of my finances, eliminated my debt, and built a foundation that allowed me to transition from survival to abundance. Through this process, I realized my passion for empowering others to do the same.
Today, I’m a globetrotting scientist, author, speaker, and financial life coach. I founded Organize Kaos Enterprise LLC to help women take control of their finances, break free from limiting beliefs, and create wealth. I also authored Live Freely: Freedom to Work Whenever, Wherever, where I share the strategies I used to achieve financial freedom and design a life on my own terms. My 4-step financial freedom framework has helped countless individuals shift their mindsets, develop solid financial plans, and build wealth through strategic investing.
My mission is to empower women to build wealth with confidence, create thriving businesses, and invest in their financial future. My journey from a teen mom in Savannah to achieving financial freedom has shown me that with the right mindset, knowledge, and discipline, anyone can rewrite their story. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others step into their power, take control of their finances, and create lives of freedom and abundance.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey definitely hasn’t been smooth. Becoming a mother at a young age, I had to navigate adulthood and responsibility long before I was ready. Balancing school, work, and motherhood was a constant challenge, and even after earning my degree and securing a solid career, I found myself stuck in a cycle of living paycheck to paycheck.
One of the biggest struggles was realizing that financial freedom wasn’t just about earning more—it was about learning how to manage, grow, and invest what I had. Breaking free from a scarcity mindset and shifting toward abundance required discipline, education, and a lot of unlearning.
Another challenge was stepping into unfamiliar territory as I transitioned from being a scientist to becoming an entrepreneur, author, and financial life coach. I had to overcome fears, self-doubt, and the pressure of leaving behind a stable career to pursue my passion.
Each challenge taught me resilience and reinforced my belief that financial freedom is possible, no matter where you start. These experiences have shaped the work I do today, empowering women to navigate their own journeys with confidence.

My business, Organize Kaos Enterprise, is all about empowering women to take control of their finances, build wealth with confidence, and create lives of freedom and abundance. I specialize in guiding women through my signature 4-step financial freedom framework, which focuses on:
1. Mindset Mastery – Breaking free from limiting beliefs and developing a wealth-building mindset.
2. Financial Planning – Creating sustainable budgets, eliminating debt, and building a strong financial foundation.
3. Strategic Investing – Teaching women how to invest confidently in real estate, business, and other wealth-building opportunities.
4. Freedom & Legacy – Helping women design a life where they can work whenever, wherever, while building a lasting legacy.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer workshops, webinars, and courses designed to equip women with the tools they need to succeed financially. I’m also the author of Live Freely: Freedom to Work Whenever, Wherever, where I share the exact strategies I used to break free from financial limitations and design a life on my own terms.

What are your plans for the future?
The future of Organize Kaos Enterprise is all about expansion and impact. I’m focused on scaling my business to reach even more women who are ready to take control of their finances, build wealth, and create thriving businesses. One of my biggest goals is to expand my real estate coaching programs, helping more clients transition from their first investment properties to building robust real estate portfolios.
I’m also launching a travel sabbatical planning service that combines financial planning, logistics, and mindset coaching to help individuals design extended breaks to explore the world while maintaining financial stability. This offering reflects my passion for living life on my own terms and empowering others to experience that same freedom.
On the publishing side, I’m excited about the upcoming release of The Rising of the Phoenix: The Journey from Trauma to Triumph, a book I co-authored with Dr. Patty Mason. This project is deeply personal, as it shares our journeys from hardship to empowerment and is designed to inspire women to reclaim their power and rewrite their own stories.
I’m also expanding my inspirational speaking business, with plans to take the stage at more conferences, workshops, and corporate events. I’m passionate about using my voice to empower audiences, teaching practical financial strategies while inspiring people to break free from limiting beliefs and take charge of their financial futures. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops, I’m committed to reaching even more people and helping them transform their lives.
Additionally, I’m looking forward to hosting more live events, workshops, and retreats that give women hands-on tools and strategies to build wealth and confidence. I’m also exploring new ways to grow Soul Shift Sessions, the podcast I co-host, to continue inspiring listeners to shift their mindset and transform their lives.
As I continue to grow Organize Kaos and expand my offerings, my ultimate vision remains the same—to empower women to break free from financial limitations, create generational wealth, and design lives filled with freedom and purpose.
