**For over a decade, my sister and I watched as our loved ones, along with many other Americans, struggle with the side effects of over the counter and prescription medications. **We saw firsthand how these medications, while offering temporary relief, often came with long-term consequences—some even worsening the very ailments they were meant to treat. It was disheartening to see the same cycle repeat itself: dependence on pills, rising medical bills, and a general feeling of helplessness that no one seemed to know how to break.
Numerous late-night conversations about frustrations of the limited resources, education, and access to alternative forms and wishes of a different healthcare system—more inclusive, more patient-centered, and more holistic—soon grew into a vision for how we could make that change ourselves. We both had a passion for natural living and wellness—whether it was through growing our own food, organic skincare, or alternative remedies—and we realized we weren’t the only ones feeling this disconnect from nature.
We knew there had to be a better way to bridge that gap, to provide both education and resources that could empower individuals to explore all avenues of healing, not just the ones offered by the mainstream system. We knew that natural remedies, locally sourced products, and time-honored healing traditions could provide real relief without the risks, and we were determined to bring these solutions to our community.

Starting the business wasn’t without its challenges. At times, we wondered if we were being too idealistic, or whether people would truly embrace natural alternatives. As a small startup, we didn’t have the budget for big marketing campaigns or flashy storefronts. We had to be creative and resourceful, relying on word-of-mouth, community events, and social media to spread the word.
The biggest hurdle was convincing people to think differently about their health. Many were accustomed to the quick fixes offered by pharmaceuticals and weren’t familiar with the natural remedies we were passionate about. But we were determined, and we knew that with education, time and trust, we could help change the way people viewed their health and wellness.
