Hi Sarah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been apart of the event and hospitality industry since college and have always had the entrepreneurial spirit! Lemon or Lime Bar was brought to life in Myrtle Beach, SC expanding into the lower east coast. Upon moving to the Lowcountry, we knew we wanted to “set the bar” in bringing the fun and our expertise of providing libations for events.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been smooth for the most part! With any new business, getting your name out there can be one of the hardest parts. We’ve made great connections to help us with this!

Lemon or Lime offers our clients the ability to create delicious cocktail menus that are catered to their taste with tasty signature cocktails. We offer staffing with hand selected mixologist from the low country area.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The mobile bar industry will continue to grow over the next 5-10 years. Each event {party, weddings, corporate, etc} is so personalized that the trends will continue to follow the personalization of what the client is wanting. Curating the perfect menu based on the current trends is what we love to do!
