Today we’d like to introduce you to Dejyah Yisraèl.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Growing up, I always admired my dad’s work ethic as a business owner and took note of him striving after his entrepreneurial ventures. I knew that was the path I also wanted to follow.
Honor Confers The Crown LLC began as the righteous standard for virtuous women to hold themselves to. I was given the middle name “Shardae” after my late maternal grandmother. It wasn’t until 2020 that I truly understood the value, importance, and power of this name.
“Shardae” meaning, “Honor Confers The Crown” translates to high respect or great esteem bestowing or granting a symbol of sovereign authority. This provides a trademark that I can live by and a daily reminder to ensure that I am upholding the values of virtuosity, righteousness, honor, and class.
I started Honor Confers The Crown, which is a creative consulting company that bridges the gap between honor, royalty, and virtue across several industries. Our mission is to serve our clients in honor and strength to restore righteous trade in the realm. We aim to edify and empower our community by providing principled value to our clients, network, and partners. We stay true to our vision of virtuous commerce securing esteemed results. I’ve always had many passions and wanted to help like-minded people achieve those same dreams and visions. A few of those passions are poetry, traveling, and modeling. Honor Confers The Crown has three houses: Confer Publications, The Honor Agency, and The Royal Lifestyle Group which address those passions.
Confer Publications serves as an inclusive platform for underrepresented writers and authors to share their stories because their words matter. Confer Publications recognizes the lack of representation amongst minority writers. We aim to curate a digital library of works written for us and by us. This year I was able to publish my first poetry book, “A Letter To” which is a compilation of letters written in response to different experiences in my life. The Honor Agency is a model management company that offers a virtuous and modest alternative to the modeling industry. Our mission is to connect virtuous models with righteous creators. It is our priority that our Crown Jewels (signed models) are edified and crowned in honor and excellence.
The Royal Travel Group is a travel service dedicated to providing excellent service draped in royalty. We specialize in all-inclusive vacations and packages. We want our clients to experience new freedoms because they are royalty. Our goal is to take the stress and pressure out of planning vacations.
I know, that was a lot! But I’ve always prided myself in having an impact across various industries of interest. I want to be able to show young women like me that it is possible to achieve the visions that you see for yourself as long as you remain authentic, consistent, and passionate.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road! When I first had the idea for Honor Confers The Crown, it was such a massive vision that I got stuck at the starting line. I didn’t know how I was going to accomplish any of the things I had envisioned. The vision was so large that it discouraged me from starting at times. But one thing my mother always told me as a child was to take it one bite at a time. Overwhelming myself with so many ideas swirling in my head was a sure way to abandon the entire project. But I took her advice and just focused on one piece at a time.
I used to be a person that wouldn’t start a project if I wasn’t able to finish it in the same breath. Obviously, that’s not realistic when you are trying to build an empire! I started organizing my life and my business more effectively. I created project-specific task lists and would focus on each thing individually instead of getting overwhelmed by the entire process. Doing this allowed me to cover so much more ground; and by the time I looked up, I had a fully-functioning operation that I was able to manage!
Another way I overcame my obstacles was by surrounding myself with a genuine support system. My partner, Zah, helped me realize my true potential! He allowed me a safe space to truly be myself and bounce ideas off of him. Because of his industry knowledge and experience, he served as a major resource for all of the progress I have made today. My best friend, Zhatéyah, also served as a major component of my support system.
Because we were simultaneously working on projects for our organization, The Almighty’s House of Ivriyah, we were able to brainstorm concepts that were cross-functional to my own brand. I thank her for always being a true friend and for being a display of righteous sisterhood.

Under Confer Publications, we are a publishing company that is currently building a digital library for minority writers to have a respectable and supportive network to promote their works. We also assist future authors with their projects by offering editing and publishing resources.
Under The Honor Agency, we sign modest models who want to work in the modeling industry without having to compromise their personal boundaries or comfortability. The modeling industry can be cutthroat! We want our Crown Jewels (signed models) to be able to continue their passions in a healthy and toxic-free working environment. We have worked with brands such as Hebrew Care, Sunari, Ivriyah’s Closet, Anayah Jewels, and Wholesale Natural Body Care. We are looking forward to expanding our client list and collaborating with many more brands and companies in the near future!
Under The Royal Lifestyle Group, we provide travel consultations for clients, who similar to the start of my brand, are stuck in the beginning stages of planning. Once a client completes our inquiry form, we are able to determine his or her needs and address the problems they may be facing with preparing for their trip. We handle all accommodations, airport transfers, and excursion planning. Our clients appreciate the support we offer to them in planning for their travel so they can focus on looking forward to their getaway.
I am most proud of being able to help others while pursuing my passions. I truly feel as though my purpose and passions have aligned, which allows me to be able to provide the best service to my network and community. What sets me apart from others is that everything I do is for the edification and empowerment of women just like me.
My best friend, Zhatéyah, and I co-founded a restoration organization called The Almighty’s House of Ivriyah (www.almightyshouse.life). My whole purpose for my business is to expand the network that The Almighty’s House of Ivriyah has and provide tangible resources to those affected by the transatlantic slave holocaust. Without proper education and empowerment, we run the risk of repeating the darkest parts of our history without any accountability or reconciliation.
