Today we’d like to introduce you to Dominique Moses.

Hi Dominique, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I’ve been Training for 12 years now 

Worked as a contracted supervisor for Home Depot before starting the gym, was very unhappy. I prayed and asked God every day I clocked out to put me in a better situation, and he definitely heard my prayers! 

Gym owner for 10 years started gym with a co-owner; we eventually went out separate ways to continue and start other ventures 

I’ve trained an estimated of about 2500 or more people 

Registered USA Boxing Coach 

Coached 15 boxing matches 

USA boxing record 6-2 

Trained 25 NFL players 

50+ D-1, D-2 players football players 

I’ve trained – Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track, Volleyball, Softball athletes. 

Mentoring for 7+ years, youth organizations, and in-school mentoring sessions at elementary schools 

Self-defense seminars (11), college sororities, businesses, churches, etc. 

Featured in the New York Times to speak on race and equality in my city! 

Featured in Valdosta Scenes magazine 

One of the longest-running gyms in my city 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being a small business owner definitely has its ups and downs! Competing with other bigger gyms can definitely be a challenge, long hours, and a lot of marketing.

We specialize in Boxing Fitness, Hit training, and Sports Training 

We also train Amateur boxing that go and compete on a National level for USA boxing 

We also training NFL players and College players for conditioning and position training as well as condition and speed/agility for other sports like Volleyball, Softball, Track, and other sports 

We want to offer a different type of workout here, workouts that include things that u may not realize you need to improve on like Balance, coordination, and mental awareness workouts! 

We take pride here on giving our clients what they pay for and the respect they deserve! 

What are your plans for the future?
We want to continue to expand and get better on our training methods for our clients! There’s always new ways to improve, and we want to provide every ounce of it that we can!
