Chef Tharren, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I began my journey in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah Georgia 14 years ago. I discovered the enriched culture that engulfed a melting pot of cuisine. I fell in love with culinary arts and began my journey within the field. My humble beginnings surged in the Hospitality industry then making way through the concepts such as Fine Dining, Country Clubs, Bar & Grilles and even planting seeds within the Healthcare Industry. My Love for advancement and culinary led me into my present endeavor , The Private Chef Industry, which has been nothing short of rewarding and fulfilling. My background is business marketing and management combined with my now culinary expertise has helped mold me into my current role as a successful entrepreneur and small business owner.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like all new ventures, the endurance of trial & tribulations is almost inevitable. My journey and path taken is no exception. I have endured countless obstacles and errors in my search of creating a positive and efficient formula for my business model. No one possessive the knowledge of how to perform all tasks correctly in the beginning stages. It takes planning, practice, focus, consistency, follow through and failure to create a functioning Business plan of operation.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a highly skilled and trained Private Chef here to provide you with an absolutely amazing dining experience you will never forget. I am a southern bred chef with vast training in World cuisine that will amaze and entice you from start to finish. My love and passion for cooking is derived from the happiness and joy clients receive from my services. I have always strived to be the very best in all aspects of my life and career by becoming one of the best Chefs the Coastal South region has to offer. I have spent my career thus far expanding my knowledge of world cuisines and food safety. I guarantee, a dining experience from Chef Tharren of Top Floor Cuisines will be much more than a meal,

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is compiled of numerous artistic experiences. Growing up I loved to draw, create music, build robots, buildings and etc. I have always considered myself a creative individual. It is no surprise to me at all, that I became a Chef.
