Hi Jasmine, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I created Urbánek Beauty with the intent to build a brand that represented beauty at it’s most raw and true form. A brand that surpasses the ideals of beauty conformity and trends. A brand that excluded no one, and honored beauty of all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds. A brand centered around professionalism, and artistry.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Staying true to my values and my brand has always been at the forefront of my career. Since the beauty industry is ever-evolving with constant new trends, it has made that challenging at times. Often, what is “current”, is not something you will want to see in your wedding photos 10-30 years from now. Through over 13 years of experience and dedication, I have developed my ideal client base with brides that share the same values and principles.

I am a highly trained and licensed makeup artist and hairstylist. Specializing in natural makeup, and elegant hairstyles. By accentuating and tailoring to your natural features, I encapsulates the essence of you into your finished look. Trusted by brides across the nation to unveil their natural allure, I aim to make sure you look and feel like yourself on your wedding day — just a bit elevated. My client experience is designed to protect your energy and anticipate your needs so that you can be present and relaxed on the morning of your wedding.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Stay true to your values, don’t sway of bend because the majority wants you to; however, be open to new concepts and ideas. Once you stop learning, you stop growing.
