Today we’d like to introduce you to Marti LeMaire-Tomlin.
Hi Marti, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was born and raised in Louisiana. I started my real estate career in 2006. After being in property management for 6 years, I was ready to make a change. One day a tenant told me I should be a real estate agent. The rest is history.
Starting my career a couple of years before the market crashed was challenging, I had to get creative with helping homeowners not have a foreclosure on their credit as well as provide for my family and support my family. Needless to say, those years taught me how to overcome any situation that is thrown at me.
My charismatic personality and my compelling heart to help others have made real estate a passion for me.
From first-time home buyers and sellers to the most sophisticated buyer or seller
I have been married to Ted my husband for 26 years. We have 2 children 24 and 16 and 2 precious pups.
These last 19 years of real estate taught me that only the strong will survive this business. I have helped my clients navigate their needs based on the current market. I learn something new in real estate every single day.
I am genuine, and trustworthy and have never met a stranger.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Picture some mice running around in a maze. That is how the road has been in real estate. haha
Not one single day in this business is the same. You have to be ready for any and everything.
Going through all the ups and downs has made me a better Realtor to my clients. You never stop learning in this business.
I have absolutely loved every minute of being an agent. Helping clients make a dream come true or helping them out of a sticky situation is what I am born to do. Makes my heart happy.

I specialize in first-time home buyers, veterans, and residential home sales. I am also a certified listing agent
My sellers will tell you that I have been known to go do repairs on their home before we list it. 19 years in this business have made me a pretty good handyman.
I stay involved with the Savannah & Pooler Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the task force for the Savannah Chamber.
What sets me apart from most agents, what you see is what you get.
Any big plans?
My daughter’s wedding and hopefully a grandbaby one day.
Supporting my son in his sports and school.
Nothing big. Life is good and business is good.
