Rising Stars: Meet Tia Bowers

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tia Bowers.

Tia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Purpose Driven Ink, LLC was birth through prayer and my time spent in worship with God. Times of meditation and reflections on everyday life. Each t-shirt is referenced back to scripture in the bible. The first two t-shirts idea I created is the Abba Father and the Worship Regardless.

The Abba Father came from Romans 8:15 NLT “So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now, we call him, “Abba Father”. God is our heavenly Father, the one that formed us and created us and knows us better than anyone else.

The Worship Regardless came when I was talking to God in my vehicle on the way home from work and I began to say regardless of what I am going through, God still deserves my worship and that day I chose to Worship Regardless “For God is Spirit”, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth” John 4:24 NLT.

We all were born and created with a purpose in mind. It is our duty to find what that purpose is and let it be the fuel to drive us to our full potential with God’s help here on earth. God created us all to do something unique and special. I give Him glory for entrusting me with this brand.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As we all know, nothing comes easy, especially when starting a business.

I started PDI in 2018 and have faced highs and lows. But the most encouraging part during those low moments is seeing someone in the t-shirt with the idea that God gave me designed on it.

It encourages me every single time to keep going and keep pushing. It’s always a blessing when I hear people say how they love the message on the t-shirt.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’ve spent 15 years of my professional career in aviation. Being in a corporate environment has strengthened my administration and customer service skills for my own business.

I love administration and quality customer service, it’s one of my passions. Quality customer service and professionalism are keys to making any business successful.

Remember that we were all created on purpose. There is something that only you can do! Just pray and ask God, what did He have in mind when He created you!!
