Hi Cheri, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I didn’t set out to become a marketing expert for med spas and aesthetic clinics; I just got tired of seeing talented doctors get cut short by insurance companies and undervalued in a system that didn’t reflect their worth.
I started out working full time in medical offices while raising my son, from billing, managing, and coordinating treatments, I get both the clinical and client sides of this industry. And over time, I realized the front desk didn’t just need help with check-ins. They needed systems. Strategy. Real marketing that brings in actual paying clients, not just likes..
So I built my own concierge marketing company with one goal: to help aesthetic businesses get visible, booked, and paid. I went full-time in 2022 and haven’t looked back.
Now I run a concierge-style company, serving clients across the country. We handle everything from content to, employee training, websites to full-scale campaigns, and I get to use my psychology background to tap into the real buying behavior behind every scroll and click.
This business has let me combine creativity, strategy, and real-life experience, and turn it into results. And the best part about it……..I’m just getting started.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No and it’s not supposed to be smooth. There will always be bumps, roadblocks, and setbacks. But we keep pushing.
In the beginning, one of my biggest challenges was mindset. I’d hear “your prices are too high” and it used to hit hard.
But eventually, I realized that wasn’t rejection. It was redirection. Those just weren’t my people. Not my clients. And every time I let one of those go, God always sent the ones who were aligned and saw the value. Always.
I also struggled with delegation. At first, I gave too much leniency to employees or contractors and expected them to “just get” my flow. I learned the hard way that trusting people is necessary, but so is leadership. I had to step into that role, set the tone, and build systems before handing off the work and that shift changed everything.
